Social Movements

While social movements are most closely linked to creating change around major political and social issues (e.g. civil rights, #MeToo) there's increasing recognition that they also offer an alternative and effective option to the 'top-down' approaches traditionally used in organizations.

As demonstrated by campaigns such as "Change Day", "What Matters to You?", "Hello, My Name Is" and "Breaking the Rules for Better Care", social movements can also have global reach and impact in healthcare.
